I love meeting people from different backgrounds and am always fascinated learning about foreign languages and cultures. It is always a special experience when my beginner students are able to communicate and order their food for the first time in Greek in a taverna! But learning Greek also opens the door to the ancient civilization and culture that invented democracy!

For those eligible and seeking Greek citizenship, I’ve developed a specific methodology for helping people study for the Greek citizenship examinations and written a well-known book in simple Greek on history, politics, and culture that helps you prepare. The book also is a great guide to “philotimo” (“sense of honour”) and the Greek way of life.
